01

Information we collect

We collect account details from businesses using the platform, including business name, email address, and authentication information. When a customer uses a public signup link, we collect the submitted name, email address, and limited technical data needed to operate the link, such as a visitor identifier and basic link activity.

02

How we use it

We use collected information to provide the service, record signups, measure link performance, prevent abuse, and support the businesses using Keepers Loyalty. Customers do not need to create a platform account to join a business list.

03

Who can access signup data

Customer signup information is available to the business that owns the link and to the platform only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service from fraud or misuse.

04

Cookies and tracking

Public customer links use an essential visitor identifier cookie so the platform can distinguish repeat visits from new visits and report accurate link performance. This cookie supports service operation and is not used to build a cross-site advertising profile.

Data retention and customer choices

We keep business account data and signup records for as long as they are needed to operate the service and meet legal, security, or reporting obligations. If you joined a mailing list through a business signup page and want to access, correct, unsubscribe from, or request deletion of your information, please contact that business directly.

Policy updates

We may update this policy from time to time as the product changes or as legal requirements evolve. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
